01Return window
You may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund (Cruise members: 60 days; Garage members: 90 days). Contact us first to start the return.
02Condition of returns
Items must be unused, unfitted and in their original packaging with any tags attached. We may reduce a refund to reflect any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to check the item.
03Items we cannot accept back
- Custom or made-to-order bundles.
- Floor mats or covers that have been cut, trimmed or fitted.
- Used hygiene items such as opened microfibre cloths, brushes or pet-hair rollers that have been used.
04Faulty, damaged or wrong items
If an item arrives faulty, damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days and we will replace it or refund it in full, including return shipping. Please include your order reference and a photo where possible.
05How to start a return
Email support@ecoaut2.shop with your order reference and reason. We will confirm the return address and next steps. Unless the item is faulty or wrong, you cover the cost of return postage.
06Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we refund to your original Stripe payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping is refunded only where the item was faulty, damaged or wrong.
07Membership subscriptions
Membership is a service subscription and is not a stored balance, credit or cashback. You can cancel a renewal at any time via the Stripe customer portal; cancellation stops future billing and does not refund the current period unless required by law.
08Your statutory rights
This policy is in addition to your statutory consumer rights. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited by law. This policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
