Shipping & Delivery Policy

We ship worldwide to the countries available at checkout, including the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand and much of the EU.

Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking email when it ships.

• Standard shipping from $12, typically 5–12 business days depending on destination.
• Express shipping is available at checkout for many destinations.
• Cruise members receive standard shipping included; Garage members receive express shipping included.

Every order ships with tracking. If tracking has not updated within 5 business days of dispatch, contact support@ecoaut2.shop.

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your country. These are not included in our prices and are your responsibility as the importer of record. Please check your local rules before ordering.

We dispatch through established postal and courier carriers appropriate to your destination. Your name, delivery address and phone (if provided) are shared with the carrier only to deliver your parcel.

If your parcel is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, contact us with your order reference and we will investigate with the carrier and make it right under our Refund & Returns Policy.
